3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations. Payment terms will be clearly stated in the quotation or invoice. Bulk orders may require advance payment or partial deposits. Late payments may incur interest or delivery delays.
5. Returns and Replacements
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original condition. All returns require prior approval and proof of purchase.

All product listings and brand availability are subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to substitute or offer equivalent products if any item is unavailable.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and stock. JV Group is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

JV Group does not provide any separate warranty. All warranties are subject to the terms of the original manufacturers (e.g., Astral, Sintex, Supreme). Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the brand, where applicable.
